Josephine was born to Maciej Nowak and Maryanna Janczak on February 13, 1898 in Warsaw, Poland. She and her family immigrate to the United States in 1904 at the Port of Baltimore with her Mother and two sisters, Stanislawa Nowak, Anna Nowak and Josefa Niewiadomski. Her family settled in the Fells Point area of Baltimore, Maryland. This is where she met and married German Tradesman Louis Bachman. They wed on August 10, 1915 in Baltimore, Maryland. In 1942 she was introduced to Jehovah’s Witnesses through a book entitled ‘Children’ and she quickly realized that her Catholic upbringing was not in alignment with the Bible. Driven by a desire to align with Scripture, they renounced their former doctrines, believing them to be unbiblical. She then dedicated her life to Jehovah God. Began following Jesus Christ as God’s only begotten son. By learning accurate knowledge of the bible she exercised faith in his ransom sacrifice by sharing the good news of Jehovah’s Kingdom under the rule of his Son Jesus Christ as King. And presented herself for baptism as one of Jehovah’s Witnesses.
Josephine was preceded in death by her husband Louis Bachman.
Also, buy her son George Bachman. And a stillborn daughter, Caherine and a stillborn son; Her two sisters, Stella and Anna. Her burial was in Glen Haven Memorial Park in Glen Burnie, Maryland. Where she and her husband are side-by-side.

Burkhead;adena, Maryland; Daniel's first wife, Gloria, of Glen Burnie, Maryland; Margaret (Bertha) and her husband Robert R. Barton Sr., of Severn, Maryland; Dorothy and her husband Harry Burkhead of Glen Burnie, Maryland; Marie and her husband Warren Fairbrother, of Glen Burnie, Maryland; Clara (Anna) Williams and her husband Harry Williams, of Severn, Maryland. Grandchildren; Kathy McLaughlin; Louis Bachman, Allen Fairbrother; George Bachman Jr.; Lee Fairbrother, Daniel Bachman Jr., Shirley Ann Paul, Dorothy Umsted; Geraldine (Lois) Beard, Charles Barton, David Burkhead, Leslie Griffin; Robert R. Barton Jr.; Bonita Fairbrother; George F. Burkhead; Norma Jean Hogan; Kenneth Fairbrother; Keith Williams; Ruth Burkhead; June Burkhead;Brenda Gay Williams; And several grand children.
